After you’ve logged in successfully with your administrator password, you should first check and complete your company data. To do so, please click on "Company data" and modify the entries as required under the menu "Edit company data". Your customer number cannot be changed, but was chosen automatically when setting up your company.

Prior to being able to set up travellers, you need to create a company structure. This can be done by clicking on "Division structure". The button "Set up new division" allows you to set up divisions or subordinated cost centers. That's how you can set up your company structure.
Should you not require any division structure in your company, just set up one division you may call "Company". This is required as travellers can only be assigned to an existing division/cost center.

Once you've set up division structure, which you can modify and extend at any time, you're able to set up travellers and assign them to the divisions/cost centers.
