In this section, you can handle the data of your company. All fields can be edited except for the customer number. The indicated contact person is the relevant contact person for us. Monthly error reports for the updates of the account balances will be sent to the second e-mail address. If this field remains empty, reports will be delivered to the main e-mail address.
The button "Administration of groups" takes you to the definition of user groups. You can create as many user groups as desired and attribute to each of them general access rights to the program sections selected by you, whereby “Read” means that the data can be looked at, but not modified. Also the three predefined user groups can be edited accordingly here.
Through the administration of users, you can create
specific users with individual passwords and assign them to one of the user
groups. Thereby, you can choose the user name and password as you like. If
desired, you can also overwrite the standard rules of the group regarding the authorisation
to access specific divisions and/or the access rights to the different program
sections. This allows you, for instance, to create a group PA, whose members
all enjoy the same basic rights, before limiting the access of each PA to
his/her own department through the administration of users.
The Superuser has always
the full rights for all sections.
By clicking the button "Backup" you launch the backup of your data. This will create a downloadable encrypted file with all data you've entered so far. Please use this option regularly.
