Here you can set up a hierarchy of your company. You can create as many levels as you like for this purpose as well as divisions and subordinated cost centers/subdivisions, which you can name as you like.

Important: In order to be able to assign travellers at a later stage, you need to set up at least one division. This might also be a division you call "Company" if you don't wish to define a more detailed structure.

Please note that the names you select for divisions/cost centers are always used identically in all different language versions of the FFP Manager.

If you add a new division/cost center, it will be created as subdivision of the division on which you have clicked on the left in the division tree. However, you can move it at any time within the tree structure by dragging & dropping it and like that, for instance, subordinate it to an existing division or cost center.

A double click on the selected division or cost center takes you to the editing menu for the selected division/cost center.

After having clicked on a division, the button "Delete" lets you eliminate the division/cost center from the company structure.

ATTENTION!

The status "inactive" will be assigned to all travellers of that division/cost center. All sub-divisions will be deleted as well and their travellers assigned as inactive.

All subsequent modifications (e.g. name changes of divisions) are automatically taken over by all concerned sections of the program.
