Here you can run different online queries about your data from a selection menu. Like that, you can check, for instance, which travellers have enough points in which Frequent Flyer Programs to use a specific award flight and check the availability of award flights with selected airlines at specific dates. The search takes place by city pairs. City pairs can be entered either as 3-letter code or as full name, but one of the suggested names must be fully inserted in the field (the query won’t work if you enter only the 3-letter code). Please note that you may only use the codes of airports for cities with several airports, but not those of the cities. This means that you may enter JFK or EWR for a flight to New York as an example, but not NYC.
For the traveller, you start typing the beginning of his last name and select him afterwards from the suggested list.
If you choose as departure airport a city in a country for which no definitions have been made in the table of authorised awards, you will automatically get no match for your query. That is why you should normally only use an airport in the country of the location of your company as departure point (for customers close to a country border eventually as well in neighbouring countries, provided corresponding authorised awards have been defined previously).
Your preconditions set up in the table of authorised awards are taken into account. This means that only these awards are shown, which you have authorised through that table. The possibility to transfer awards within the company is set by you on the left hand side in the division tree.
Only points accumulated on business trips are taken into account in the query menu. Points, which were declared "personal" in the account data menu, are not made available for the use of awards.
After having launched the query, the possible programs and the number of accounts with sufficient miles for your query are displayed in a first step, including the mention of the theoretically possible airlines for that region (not specifically for your route) as long as that information has been entered in the table of authorised awards. If available, certificates, which can be used for the desired award, are displayed here as well.
By clicking on the number in the first column, you can display the details of the available account holders. The entries per program are sorted by accounts with points expiring in the near future. That means that you should use the programs on top first.
For the most important airlines, the possibility is offered in the last column to check the availability of concrete award seats at desired dates in real time, individually per program. In order to do so, you simply enter the departure and return dates in the corresponding fields (also with the help of the opening calendar) and confirm this with the button "Check". The loading time of the results usually takes 1 to 2 minutes. After that, the possible award flights on the selected dates, if available, will be displayed.
Clicking on the button "Book" opens an info window, where you see which airlines might be booked online for the program to be used. In case your desired complete itinerary includes only sectors with airlines listed here, you can continue directly on its website through a click on "Continue", where you can reserve afterwards this award through re-entering the flight dates and the account information of the account holder. (We do not transmit this data automatically to a third party outside of our sphere of influence for data privacy reasons.)
If airlines are to be used in your itinerary not appearing in the list or if you are not sure (e.g. with the indication "Multiple Airlines" in the results of the available award flights), please contact the program operator by phone in order to make the booking, after having clicked on "Cancel" in the info window.
Please note that it may happen in individual cases that the desired award seat is no longer available between your availability check in the FCM Miles Manager and the concrete booking with the airline as it has been used by somebody else in the meantime.
Please note that only flights are shown as available, where seats are available at the cheapest mileage category, with which the biggest savings can be realised. More and more airlines start to offer awards in their programs even on all seats for their own flights, but at a considerably higher mileage price, often determined in a dynamic manner in function of the booking situation. Examples of such programs include those of Air France KLM, Delta, Etihad, Icelandair or Singapore Airlines. If you wish to use such seats in these programs in spite of the lower savings, you may do so by bookings these flights directly over the websites of the airlines in question, even if these flights are shown here as not available.
For smaller programs/airlines, for which no availability check is offered in the FFP Manager, you may contact directly the program operator to check the availabitly and book the award flight.
You may print the result of your query by clicking on the button "Click here for a print-out".
